Today is Saturday but early morning my mum wake me up on 8 something. She said has to go Island to visit aunt because she was admitted to Lam Wah Ee Hospital for operation. After dropped my mum at hospital, I decided to fetch my cousins to have their breakfast so I recommended Big Ben Breakfast to them. Nice breakfast is needed to start a brand new day. hehe.

I knew Big Ben when I used to jog in Botanical Garden with cousin brothers last time. Sometime you can hear the natural sound from the garden, love the environment. <3

I ordered Big Ben signature breakfast which included sausage, egg, bacon, ham, baked beans, tomato and toast. So English style, right?

My aunt :why your daughter always eat a lot of holiao( means delicious foods in hokkien) but she still slim. 

Mum: She always say she is fat, always go yoga and running. 

LOL. Yes, I do workout after ate lots of delicious foods. Last time I diet by reducing the food portion without exercise. I can see my waist become smaller but body shape is not nice plus not fit at all. So I changed the plan to eat and exercise. I still on the way to reach my target to become SLIM.  fighting!!! =))
